I’m actually an honours graduate of a Bachelor of Design Degree, and ran my own Commercial Interior Design practice for 12 years before retraining as a "Rapid Transformational" Coach®.

I'VE SPENT OVER $100,000 ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT + MY MENTAL WELLBEING IN THE LAST 10 YEARS. Yup, you read that right!

IN 2022 I BURNT OUT

Since starting my design business I had dealt with separation + divorce, co-parenting and solo parenting for big chunks of time. I'd navigated a new relationship, blending families, then infidelity + betrayal. While also managing tween anxiety, undiagnosed ADHD and learning difficulties.

But I was so conditioned to just “soldiering on” in my business, and juggling all the things, that I ignored all the warning signs until it was too late…

I ended up having a nervous breakdown which cost me 18 months of income because I was unable to work.

My journey of recovery has really made me really look at my life and how it was (or wasn't) serving me; and there's been a lot of reflection and healing...

  • Practicing better beliefs + being ok with allowing myself time to rest
  • Practicing self care + self love
  • Practicing communicating and holding boundaries
  • Practicing healthier habits and testing and tweaking better daily routines
  • Practicing being vulnerable, letting walls down and acknowledging it’s ok to not have it all together and to not be doing all the things 

And now, I want to share all my learning, to help other busy working mums avoid burning out like I did!
